I was very honored after the show at Lattimore on Sat afternoon when the pit gates were opened. A gentleman came over to our shade tent where a bunch of us were winding down and asked about my coupe. Long story short, he was from The Chevrolet Club of America and invited me and the coupe to their convention in I think, Washington,DC in Sept. I guess I was kinda shocked so could not remember details after he left. Had been watching the vintage races from the stands. Bob Krollage, original builder, owner ,driver will be very proud to hear this story. Also, on June 26 I was a guest on a local (winchester,VA) Comcast cable tv show, talking about me and the coupe and vintage racing. We were running at the local speedway that coming weekend with the Potomac Vintage Racing Club. They showed video from the Lattimore shoe and several still pics that my brother had in a file at his house. Talked about how great DAARA has been to me and plugged the Nov and Feb shows. It will air July 13, and of course I am back in FL so they are making a copy for me. Now, it really helped a lot that my brother Barry IS THE HOST OF THE SHOW!!!!! I guess you could say it was an inside job, but we will take any chance we get to talk of our love for old race cars. If you get a chance check out www.winchestervaspeedway.com and click on photos, then click on ARDC/VASPRINTS-6/30 I believe it is listed. Check out the series of flips by a midget during hot laps. He hooked a rut and went completely out of the track and down the bank into the woods. I was sitting in the stands with my grandkids and that really shook them up bad. Never seen a car go completely out of the track while flipping. There are also pics of the vintage cars, as well as sprints and late models. Put on a hell of a show. Hope you are doing ok. You are doing an unbelievable job on the website. I have people from all over the country looking at it. Keep up the good work!!! Like I said, will try to send some pictures to you later this week or early next week. Take care of yourself---Richard Bowser
